Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included. Products that have been damaged through use, modified, or returned outside the eligible time window may not be accepted.

Returns are accepted for the following reasons:
You changed your mind about the product
You received the wrong item or a defective product
You wish to exchange for a different color or size

No Restocking Fees and Free Return Shipping
We do not charge any restocking or processing fees. Additionally, we cover the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns and exchanges made within the 30-day period. Upon approval of your request, we will provide a prepaid shipping label by email so you can return the item at no cost.

Important: Do not send your return to the original shipping address shown on the package. The correct return address will be provided via email after your return request is approved. Returns sent to the wrong address may not be processed.

Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, you may do so within 30 days. Once we receive the original item, we will promptly ship the replacement at no extra charge. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, you may choose to wait for restock or request a full refund.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

We do not issue refunds for shipping upgrades or priority shipping charges originally paid by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item).

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may be marked as non-returnable. These include personalized or used items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please check the product page or contact us before purchase if you are unsure.

We recommend using the original shipping box for any return.
Returned items that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected and returned to you.
We are not responsible for return items lost or damaged in transit if a non-provided shipping label is used.
